How do I scan a QR code on Android?

How do I scan a QR code on iPhone?

How do I scan a QR code on a computer?

Drag a QR image into the upload area, or select Upload Image and choose the file. If your computer has a webcam, select Use Camera to scan a printed code live.

Can I scan a QR code from a screenshot or saved photo?

Does scan QR upload my image to a server?

No. Your QR image is decoded locally in your browser and is never sent to our servers.

Can scan QR guarantee a link is safe?

No scanner can guarantee safety. scan QR highlights common warning signs and lets you inspect the destination before opening it.

Does the destination preview actually open the website?

No. The preview is generated locally from the decoded address. The site only opens if you choose Open Destination.

What image types and sizes are supported?

JPG, PNG, and WebP, up to 10 MB. For best results, use a clear, uncropped image with good contrast.

Do I need to install an app?
